What is Teen Leadership?
The Teen Leadership Program is a structured, skill-building opportunity for teens who want to grow as leaders, collaborators, and changemakers. Participants work alongside professional artists and educators while supporting youth programs, productions, and community initiatives. This program blends leadership training with creativity, giving teens practical experience in teamwork, problem-solving, public speaking, and mentorship.
