Have your plans changed? Don’t worry! Our ticket exchange process at Trinity Theatre Company is designed to accommodate your needs and ensure you don’t miss out on the show you love. Whether it’s a scheduling conflict or a sudden change in plans, we’re here to help you swap your tickets for another performance.

Ticket Exchange Guidelines:

• Deadline for Exchanges: You can exchange your tickets up to 24 hours before your scheduled performance. This gives you the flexibility you need.
• Same Production Only: All exchanges must be for the same production. Unfortunately, we can’t allow exchanges between different shows.
• Price Differences: If you choose a performance with a higher ticket price, you’ll need to pay the difference.

Seating & Availability:

Our dedicated Box Office team will make every effort to provide you with comparable seats during your exchange. While we aim to match your original seats, please note that specific seating cannot be guaranteed.

How to Process Your Ticket Exchange:

To begin your ticket exchange:

1. Email us at [email protected] with your name, details of your current performance, and your preferred new date.
2. A representative from our Box Office will reach out to finalize any necessary payments. All payments must be processed at the time of the exchange.
