Trinity Theatre Company's Commitment to Safety
At Trinity Theatre Company, we believe a truly safe and supportive community is one where every individual is free from harassment or fear, regardless of religious views, race, orientation or identity, nationality, or physical and mental differences. Harassment—whether in person, through social media, or via other online platforms—will not be tolerated. We are dedicated to fostering an environment built on respect, inclusivity, and healthy, judgment-free relationships.
We share a collective responsibility to ensure a welcoming, vibrant, and, above all, safe space for every student and family in the Trinity Theatre Company community. To uphold this commitment, all office staff, teaching artists, artistic team members, and volunteers are thoroughly vetted through interviews, Live Scan Fingerprinting with the Department of Justice, and Child Abuse Protection Training with Certification. Additionally, our team members are Mandated Reporters, legally obligated to report any suspected abuse to a Child Protective Agency.
As part of our efforts, we have partnered with organizations to provide ongoing training for staff, volunteers, and students of all ages. This training equips our community with essential skills for building strong relationships and preventing harm.
We encourage anyone with concerns about the safety or well-being of students, staff, or families to report them to Trinity Theatre Company via [email protected].
Together, we can create a safe, inclusive, and empowering space for all.
